P2P Lending Offers Positive Returns Compared to Other Asset Classes

Interest rates, the stock market, currency devaluations, the property market – each of these types of investments and asset classes have been making headlines in recent times; for the wrong reasons. August, in particular was a rocky month for the stock market across various countries. In fact, almost every major asset class has negative one year returns, including stocks, bonds, REITs, commodities and more.

The shining light amongst all of this is the fact that peer to peer lending is still able to generate positive returns.

Peer to peer lending marketplaces like Prosper and Lending Club advocate the fact that 99.9% of their users have posted up positive returns.
